I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! In Denver we enjoyed amazing weather and St. Patty’s day celebrations! I hosted a brunch and made irish soda bread scones, corned beef hash, and Lucky Charms rice crispy treats. And yes those are mini red solo cups we used to take our Irish car bombs with 🙂
