We hosted Easter this year at my new condo I just bought!
We had people over for “prosecco and snacks” and though it turned into a full meal of ham, pork, potatoes etc I wanted to keep dessert simple—but impressive looking. Meringue baskets with homemade lemon curd was the perfect answer. Meringue is very easy to make and doesn’t take long for preparation and the lemon curd was made with honey so was a little more special. The dessert looked like eggs and people loved nibbling on them as appetizers, sides, or dessert.
