This blog is about the beginning of a new chapter in my life, a chapter I am calling my “No plan, plan.” To define exactly what that entails would mean it would actually be a plan- so I’m going to figure out what this means as I go.
I have finally graduated from college and have entered the “real world.” Most of my stories I have to tell and love for food has come from my traveling. And most of my traveling has been flying non-revenue or standby because my dad is a pilot. Therefore I’m calling my blog The Pilots Daughter. Follow me now as I share my travels from this summer and experience as much food in these different cultures as I can! I will also tell the stories of my past, present and future travels as a non-revenue traveler.
To quote a trite airline saying and an anathema to my dad “Sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight!”

Love the “no plan, plan.” I need to follow suit. My own plan is “plan, plan, and then just in case, plan some more.” It’s not good for the nerves. I look forward to reading more of your work.
